Rachel's Scrumpchious Chicken Delight
6-7 Boneless/skinless chicken breasts
1 can of cream of chicken soup
16 oz container sour cream
2 cups of shredded chedder cheese
1 tsp salt
lays potatoe chips
Directions:
preheat oven to 350*
Cut and cube chicken breast. Add a dab of vegetable
oil in a pan and cook the chicken thru.
In a bowl, take sour cream,
cream of chicken soup, 1 cup of shredded chedder
cheese, and add 1 tsp of pepper. Stir together.
After chicken is cooked thru
(try not to brown the chicken)
strain the chicken and add to the
sour cream and soup mixture.
I use a nice sized cake pan and
pour the mixture into that. Take the rest
of the cheese and sprinkle over mixture.
Then take enough chips crumbled up to cover mixture.
Do not cover and put into oven for 20 minutes
Feeds a handful!
