Lead Alphas |
|
|
|
To be leader and mentor and show
guidance and patience to all members. Alphas are peacemakers in the den if any problems should arise an alpha will listen to both sides and help to negotiate and work problems out. A lead alpha will officiate meetings at all times if
possible. And only lead alphas or den alphas are to assign parents or admit new pups.
Leads have final say in all den matters. If vote is tie leads make
final decision on how to
handle. |

Den Alphas |
|
|
|
Den Alphas have the responsibility of maintaining the order of the den.
They can assign new pups parents and can lead a meeting if the alpha is not present. In the event of a absence of alpha's the Den Alphas will
assume the role of Alpha till the Alpha returns. |
|
|
|
Betas |
|
|
|
Beta's are the trusted advisors to alpha's and must be well versed in the pack
structure and the wolf ways. They will oversee the den in the absence of the denalpha and may assign pups to parents. they can fill any pack role if needed and
will guide, train and advise both Gamma and Delta and will report to the den
alpha on all pack related matters. In the event of a prolonged absence of both
the Den Alpha or Alpha the Beta will fill the role of Alpha till one returns.

Gammas |
|
|
Their main
job is to recruit new members. this is the host or hostess of the Den and
will be responsible for recruiting new members. They will often greet
visitors in the den and will be available to answer questions about the
pack or wolf ways that visitors may ask. |

|
Pupmaster |
|
|
|
To make sure all
pups have a pup av to wear at all times in the den and that they have H.O.W.D pup on their
av's and their name. Also they are to help with the pups guidance and look out for them in the absence of their parent wolf.
Pupmaster oversees the activity of the Delta's and will advise them as needed. Pupmaster will assign Delta's to new pups and will confer with both the pup and Delta on learning objectives that the pup may need. |
