BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT:
The project is aimed at improving the interaction between the local NGOs and local authorities in Lovech and Liaskovets through seminars and discussions with the partcipation pf NGO representatives, experts and local officuals. Two reception bureaus are opened for consultations of citizens on various aspects of municipal activities. The project team and volunteers will assist the citizens in communicating with the local authorities. A special seminar on NGO legal environment and opportunities for direct citizen participation will be held.
