Group of participants in AYL's seminar "The role of NGOs in
public policy making". More than 55 representatives of NGOs and experts
from Sofia, Lovech, Pleven, Rouse, Veliko Turnovo, Liaskovets and Plovdiv
participated in the seminar which took place in the beautiful village Arbanasi,
near the old Bulgarian capital - Veliko Turnovo.
