This project implemented by AYL fights corruption by creating offices for consultation with affected citizens, as well as campaigns against corruption. Citizens are assisted by intermediary groups of experts through preparation of documents, legal advice and advocacy before municipal administrative bodies. The experts of AYL  monitor the activities and policies  of local authorities and make a stand against cases of coruption or bureaucratic abuses. The monitoring process culminates with the publication of special reports outlining recommendations for improvement and reorganization of local administrative structures.
