WE ARE FAMILY

You are my brother
You bear me up
and keep me strong
as we are led by
our Heavenly Father
and Heavenly Mother
through our perfect
older brother.

I love you and I
thank you for your
love for me.
I care for you whether
you are near or far
and if you must leave
my side
I wish you well
and I pray for a safe
journey to another
caring branch of our
family to love and
support you where-
ever you abide.

I can be strong because
I know that where
ever I am you also
are there and you
always care.

You are my family
and you will
always be.
If I meet you
in church or on the
street.
Your smile is the
same,your handshake,
warm,your hug
welcome, your caring
always the same.

We are human
we have failings
but because you
are my family
you love me
in spite of my
imperfections
and I try to see
you as our Father
and Mother in
Heaven do.
You have talents
I don't have and
I may have talents
that you don't have
but that is good
because it makes
us strong when
we lean on
each other.

Brother,Sister,
Father and Mother
if we work together
we always make
life-each for the other,
a much nicer place
to be -- better.

I LOVE YOU ENOUGH

I love you enough to let you have a happy life with someone
who can take care of you and see to your needs. You will
call her mother and her husband father. They will show
you love, give you responsibilities and room to develop
your talents. They will show you the right path and hold
your hand while you find your way at first. Then they too
will love you enough to let you make your own way in life.
My child, my children,I am your mother. I love you
enough to let you go.

ALL I HAVE IS A PICTURE

All I have is a picture
to remind me of your face
to trigger memories of your touch.

All I have is a picture
to remind me of your sweet
southern drawl.
to remind my heart how it
would beat when you
were near.

All I have is a picture
to remind me of your stunning
good looks
to help me remember your
beautiful smile.

All I have is a picture
to remind me of your sarcastic
sense of humor
to help me remember how deeply
you cherish friendship.

All I have is a picture
to remind me of a day when
you said "I love you"
to help me remember how much
I love you.

I try to show you by actions, how much I love you and how
deeply I care. No one else will ever know just how deeply
I love you, and all I have
.....is a picture....of you.

LITTLE HURRICANE

How easily you wreak destruction.
You can begin with a clean room and within half an hour
the room looks as though a hurricane had been there with
all it's destructive power. Some day "little hurricane"
you will learn to build as quickly as you destroy, I am
told this behavior is normal for a little boy.

EASY

No one said it would be easy, love, relationships, caring,it all takes patience and work.
We have each given much of ourselves in past relationships and our loved one differed
with us, saying we gave nothing. The most work and patience is required
when times are difficult and tempers are short.
NO one said it would be easy.
I won't make you a promise that I'll always be easy to live with.
You are special and I will always try to remember that.
Nov one said it would be easy, I will always try hard to work with you and I hope you
will try to work with me.
Let's make it look EASY". I love you.

MY DARLING DAUGHTER

I miss you, how do I convey my feelings to a young lady whom I have not seen
since she was three? When you were two and a half you learned to love a baby boy, your sweet baby brother.
Then there was the separation, I can't describe the pain I felt. You must have been
so confused. They didn't even let me say good-bye.
It has been ten years, I have been bringing up your baby brother.
He grew so fast. He's smart and funny, and he's the kind of person everyone likes.
He used to brag about you. The other kids would tease him, but he would make
them come home with hime so that his mom could prove to them that his big sister
was real. He had a real special proof. He could show them his sister's picture.
You are so special. Your brother always loved you , as does your mother.
I pray someday to be able to show you that I have always remembered and I have always cared.
I am your mother and I pray that someday we will be reunited and can get to know each other.
