About us
Cheryl Floyd was introduced to the Living God through
Manna Church of Fayetteville, NC in 1995. A strong prophetic voice runs deep there and she was discipled by the best. Being established by house prophets in her gifting she also received confirmations from Jim Lafoon and Bobby Martz (for verification you may contact Manna Church – www.mannachurch.org and http://www.hourofharvest.com).
The necessity of character as primary in the ministry of the Father guides Cheryl as she ministers in her home and church. She works hard to keep her priority relationships in order. Cheryl is married to Troy Floyd and both currently attend an outreach church centered in Wichita Falls, TX – Lighthouse Prayer Center under the leadership of Pastors Stuart and Sheri Sherrill (stuarts@iolwf.com).
Troy and Cheryl both minister and receive through music, prayer, and prophecy. They currently have four world changing children.

Vision - Minister to the multitudes through preaching, prophecy, and praise.
Goals – (1) Steadfastly pursue a right relationship with the Lord and his Love; know the word in knowledge, understanding, and wisdom.
(2) Minister/Serve/submit to authority structure in any area where gifting and talents are needed to bring success to the Kingdom.
(3) Be an example to and assist those coming up to walk in Truth and know their calling and purpose.
(4) Die in full vigor doing the work and will of the Lord to empty hell and fill heaven.

Motivations gives us cause to attain unto our goals; they are not themselves goals!
Goals give us tangible markers on the pathway towards making our vision(s) manifest!
Visions are the destinies God created as our good works to do from the moment of our salvation. They are only dreams until they are manifested. They’ll only manifest through goals. Goals will be reached with joy and a steadfast spirit through motivations. J
