A selection of fine handcrafted solid wood boxes are made from walnut or white basswood. The boxes are lined with your choice of 4 colors. Three different stain colors are available for the basswood boxes. Walnut boxes are finished in Formby's tung oil and have a gloss finish. You also have a choice of 39 melodies to choose from. Old Town Woodworks is a 28 year old company, manufacturer of quality hand-made wood products including music boxes, jewelry boxes and genealogy boxes.

SMALL WALNUT BOX
Solid walnut, finished with Formby's Tung Oil and then waxed. Each box is lined with your choice of color. This is the only music box incased in a clear plastic dust cover showing the music movement. The lid is hinged.

LIBERTY MUSIC BOX
Beautiful sculptured side and top. Solid walnut finished with Formby's tung oil and then waxed. Sealed glass top over the movement compartment. Music plays when lid is raised. Melodies for this box are indicated with an asterisk. Size is 6 1/2"L x 4 3/4"W x 2 3/4"H. Price is $69.00 including s/h.


VICTORIAN JEWELRY / MUSIC BOX
This beautiful black walnut box is finished with Formby's tung oil and then waxed. It has seperate compartments for the musical movement (covered with glass), and the storage has lined bottom. You have choice of lining color. Melodies for this box are indicated with an asterisk. Size is 9 1/2"L x 6"W x 3 3/8"H. Price is $79.95 including s/h.

 

LARGE BASSWOOD BOX
Shown is a light brown finish with royal blue lining. Each box is lined with your choice of color and finish. The lid is hinged.

GENEALOGY MUSIC BOX
This is the same box as above, but you have your own picture of parents, grandparents, children or favorite pet, etc. NO originals. Your photo wll need to be photo copied on card stock, cut to 6 1/2 x 5 inches.

BASSWOOD ARCHED TOP TRUNK BOX
This box allows you to choose the color of the lining and finish. Shown is a dark brown finish with green lining. The lid is hinged and arched.

Three colors finishes to choose from for the basswood boxes only. Left to right are dark cherry, light brown and dark brown.
