Ive discovered this......if you try to drink at least 64 ounces of water a day you will see the pounds shed off of you. You dont need to drasticcaly change things......excersise periodically and cut out some of the junk food and i promise youll lose weight

Maybe we should set up a system were huge companies that produce so much smog have a limmit as to how much polutents they let out in the air and if the go over they have huge fines . And there should be a limit as to how many cars are allowed on the road or something so people will have to carpool
