THE MASK:
"Again I repeat myself, at first they thought I had lost it" X laughs for a moment. "No honestly I think they were waiting for it to blow over, like it was just a passing phase".
  He began buying masks at several costumes stores, all different shapes, sizes and material. Then began carving, reshaping and painting them.
  "I really got into creating X's mask" he admits now. "But at the time it seemed like a real pain in the ass, especially with everything else in life".
  As far as any inspirations for the mask, there were none really besides trial and error. "X created himself as we went along" he repeats the same thing all the trio says on the subject. "The song X pretty much says it for me, I put this mark upon my face like some twisted band of courage and Honor".
  He shows satisfaction in the explanation for a moment.  "And everything else is part of the storyline in someway" he starts giving a look of deeper thought. "It was just a matter of bringing it out, and giving it just the right touch".
  "The main concept of the mask is to create a certain mystique" he laughs hardily again. "All the rest is pretty much window dressing".
