Meagan's Wonderful Low Fat Baked Cheesecake

TOPPING: In a small bowl combine 1/2 cup low fat sour cream and 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using mixer on low speed, combine flour and milk. Add cream cheese. Increase speed to medium, add eggs, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. Pour into graham cracker crust.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until center is set. Remove from oven, gently spread topping on cake, return to oven. Turn off oven and crack door. Leave cake in oven to cool. Refrigerate before serving.
Top with favorite fruit.

Very easy to make and delicious.
