Vegan Cashew French Toast


Served at graduation breakfast 1997


Place all ingredients (except bread) into blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into bowl, dip bread in coating both sides. Brown on medium hot nonstick griddle. Serve plain, with fruit sauces or pure maple syrup.

TAHINI FRENCH TOAST

Use tahini, soy milk and vanilla.


Notes: Can be individually wrapped, frozen and then popped in toaster.
