David Berenson's Ham-less Salad
Luncheon VEGAN
- 1 pound crumbled firm tofu
- 1 large can (12 oz.) tomato paste
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard flour
- 2 teaspoons horseradish
- 2 teaspoons garlic, chopped fine
- 1/2 -3/4 cup mayonnaise (soy if vegan)
- 1/3 cup pickle relish
- 1 small onion chopped
- Picante sauce or hot pepper sauce to taste
- green pepper (optional)
Mix it all together and make sandwiches on your favorite bread.
