a large handful of parsley
4 cups cooked chick peas (garbanzo beans)
6 Tbsp. tahini
6 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. salt (or to taste....this is one time you really need salt to bring out the flavor)
cayenne to taste
cumin to taste
onions (any kind, even scallions) if you want
Throw it all in a food processor and mix to nice consistency.
Serve with chips or spread on bread.
