Vegetarian Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon onion granules
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic granules
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1. Place all ingredients in a one quart saucepan and whisk together.
Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Simmer one full minute.
2. Cool and store in fridge.
