| This was the first one I modded. The results were great. Coupled with a 5dBi mag-mount antenna sure mad a heap of difference. |

| This was the third one I did, the second was a guys from WA that posted it to me. I wasn't happy with the performance the first time I did it and pulled it open again. Turns out I had soldered over a small through PCB trace that looks like it would be for an external antenna on a different revision of the board. I had inadvertently shorted the antenna out! Its all good now though and works great. Notice the direction of the coax coming from the card. I found that with the dlink, it was pressed up against the car seat and bending it in a way that I didn't like. It sits real nice this way. |
