DESCRIPTION of SERVICES
Elk Pin Traders offers it's members a veriety of services including but not limited to; addition to the Pin Traders contact list, chatroom, message board, quarterly News Letter, want ads and mailing lists. Various services may be added or removed from time to time. You understand and agree that any future services shall be subject to the 'TOS'. You also understand and agree that the service may include certain communications and advertisements (pop-up windows) from the host server, Angelfire
REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
In consideration of your registration, you represent that you are; a) an Elk member in good standing or the family member of an Elk in good standing, b) joining this site for the purpose of trading Elk pins and contacting other pin traders and c) submitting true and accurate information and in no way misrepresenting yourself. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, or Pin Traders has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, Pin Traders has the right to suspend or terminate your membership and refuse any and all current or future requests for membership or use of this site.
PRIVACY POLICY
Pin Traders will never use your information, or sell your information to third parties, for any reason, or any purpose, including but not limited to, SPAMMING. Be aware that any information posted on the Traders list is viewable by the general public and therefore is not protected. Pin traders accepts no responsibility for any misuse or abuse of your personal information (eg; email address) by any person or persons once it is posted on our Traders list.
MEMBER CONDUCT
As a member of the Pin Trader site you are expected to conduct yourself in a polite and courteous manner when contacting or interacting with other members. Disrespectful communications, in the chatroom, or by email, or blatant refusal to complete a trading transaction after making an agreement to do so, or, harassment of another member may result in cancellation of your membership and restriction from this site. You may not use this site to misrepresent yourself for the purpose of defrauding another person.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold Pin Traders, and its officers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by you or any third party due to or arising out of, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another.TERMINATION
You agree that Pin Traders may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your membership, any associated email address, and access to the Site. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to, (a) breaches or violations of the TOS or other incorporated agreements or guidelines, (b) reports of abuse or violoation by another member (c) a request by you (self-initiated account deletions). Termination of your membership includes (a) removal of access to all services with-in the Pin trader site, including but not limited to the Traders list, Chatroom, Message Board, Want ads and News Letter and (d) barring you from further use of the Site. Further, you agree that all terminations for cause shall be made in Pin traders sole discretion and that Pin Traders shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your membership, any associated email address, or access to the Site.
ADVERTISEMENTS
As the host server, Angelfire reserves the right to place banners, advertisements and pop-ups on the Pin traders page's. Pin traders has no control over these ads and accepts their placements.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
a) Your use of this site is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" basis.
b) Pin Traders makes no warranty that the service will meet your requirements.
c) Pin Traders is not responsible for the actions, conduct or any representations made by it's members.
SPAMMING
Pin Traders subscribes to the 'Universal Anti-Spam Policy'. Bulk mailing or SPAMMING is not allowed and will not be tolerated. SPAMMING will result in loss of membership and/or notification to the proper authorities.
*Pin Traders reserves the right to bulk mail it's members for the purpose of notifying them of changes to the 'TOS', our services, the site, the addition of new members or any other information deemed necessary.
