I think this is going to be a little light also.S.G. was 1.030 but it seemed to taste pretty good when I racked it into the secondary.After 1 month in the secondary at 38f. this really came out smooth.The Saaz hops are just right for this beer.Not too bitter.

Brewing Instructions:

Mash all grains at 140f for 90-120 min(or untill iodine test is negative). Sparge with 160f water untill you get 3 1/2 gallons.Boil for 60 min. adding hops and irish moss at designated intervals.Cool to 80f with your favorite means and pitch yeast starter.Ferment,bottle,and condition as you normally would.
