I obtained this recipe from"Brew your own beer" magazine.I made some alterations to it but it is prety much the same.You may be thinking,"Aren't coolers made from wine?",but on the contrary most of them are actually flavored beer without the hops.Next time I'll use more flavoring. The malt was just too prominent.

Brewing Instructions:

Mashed 2-row at 155f.for 60 min.Sparge with 165f. and accumulate 4 gallons.Boil with corn sugar for 60 min.Cool to 75-80 and add yeast.After primary rack to secondary with polyclar.At bottleing time add corn sugar and cool-aid.
