Yes this is something different.I thought sugar+yeast=alcohol.Hmmmm.Pure maple syrup.This is mostly sugar.Hmmmm.I wonder what would happen.Well let see what would happen. Well we will never know this time. Why?? It got infected somehow. What I tasted of it was very good.I tried this again and so far no problems.

Ingredients:

• 2 quarts of pure maple syrup
• 3 quarts water
• 1 tsp. yeast neutriants
• 2 packs dry champagne yeast
• 1 tsp. Polyclar
• And maybee 1 3/4 tsp. corn sugar for priming

Brewing Instructions:

Boil water,syrup,and neutriants for 30 min.Cool to 75-80f. and pitch yeasr.
