Glutamine rest at 100f for 10 min.(no longer or you may experience run off lock)Raise to 122f for 45 min.Raise to 155f for 60 min. or untill iodine test in negative for starches.Raise to 170f for 5 min.Sparge with 165f water for 45 min. and accumulate 4 gallons for the boil.Boil for 60 min. making hop and irish moss additions as noted.cool to 75-80f and pitch yeast starter.I kegged this so I left out the corn sugar but if you plan to bottle this add the sugar.
