Just couldn't get enough of those hops.So I did this time and I sure hope
that this is enough hops.If it is,it is going to make me Hoppy,Hoppy,Hoppy.The
arome of this is of orange and citrus. The hop rate is where I want it, but
now to find the right flavor hops.

Ingredients:
- 4 1/2 lb. 2-row
- 1/2 lb. Crystal 60
- 1/2 lb. Carapils
- 1 oz. Hallertau Mittlefues(60 min)
- 1 oz. Tettnang Tettnanger(30 min)
- 1/2 oz. Ultras(20 min)
- 1 oz. Ultras(5 min. steep)
- 3/4oz. Liberties(dry)
- Wyeast 1056
- 1/2 tsp. irish moss
- 2/3 cup. corn sugar (priming)
- 1/4 tsp. polyclar
Brewing Instructions:
Protien rest 122f. 30 min.Raise to 145f for 120 min.168f. 10 min.Sparge
And accumulate 3 gallons of wort. Boil adding hops at designated times.Cool
and pitch yeast.Bottle as usuall.

- Primary-1 week
- Secondary-1 week with polyclar
- O.G.-1.050
- F.G.-1.006
- Alcohol-5.5%
