I hope it is helpful in your brewing adventures.I'm sure we missed some

Admiral:
A good compliment hop to Targets.Good dual purpose hop.A.A.is11-15%.
Ahtanum:
This is grown in small quantities right now.Fruity flavors and a spicy
aroma.A.A.is3.5-6%.
Amarillo:
Similar to Cascade in aroma.A.A. is 6-7%
Aquila:
Recently developed as an aroma hop originating in the U.S. A.A. is 6-7.5%.
Banner:
Also a more recently developed hop from the U.S. Used primarily for
bittering purposes. A.A. is 9.5-10.5%.
Bramling Cross:
A crossbred version of Goldings. A good finishing hop for ales. A.A.
is 5-6%.
Brewers Gold:
This can be used as an all around bittering hop but it is at home in
German lagers and English ales. A.A. is 6-10%.
British Columbian Goldings:
These are interchangeable with East Kent Goldings. Good in pale ale, bitters,
porters, and stouts. Good for dry hopping as well. A do everything hop. A.A. is 4-6%.
Bullion:
This hop is very bitter, flavorful, and spicy. I would only use this for
bittering. Good in stouts and dark ales. A.A.is 5-10%.
Cascades:
A Fuggle cross. Very versatile and citrusy. Good flavoring and aroma hop
but can be used for bittering also. Can be used in ales and lagers. A.A.is 4-7%.
Centenials:
A good bittering hop but if used sparingly can be used as an aroma hop.
A.A.is 9-11%.
Challengers:
Used in the U.K. for bittering but I think it has a nice aroma. Used in British
and Belgian ales. A.A. is 7-10%.
Chinook:
Interchangeable with Bullion but more bitter. All ales and lagers.A.A. is 11-14%.
Cluster:
An all around hop. Has good aroma and flavor. American lagers.A.A. is 5-8%.
Columbia:
A Centenial substitute. Very pungent, aromatic, and clean tasting. Used in
ambers, ales, pale ales, porters and stouts. A.A.is 12-16%.
Columbus:
This is grown in the Yakima Valley.A pleasant all purpose hop with around
15% A.A.
Comet:
A rare U.S. hop. Used primarily for their bittering character.A.A.is
8-11%
Crystal:
A new variety. Good for flavor and aroma. A.A.is 2-5%.
East Kent Goldings:
Same as British Columbia Goldings. A.A.is 4-6%.
Eroica:
Bittering and if used for aroma or flavor use sparingly. Pale and dark ales
as well as stouts. A.A.is 10-14%.
First gold:
Aroma is similar to Goldins but has a higher A.A.%.A good all-purpose
hop.The % is 6.5-8.5
Fuggles:
This is a classic. I use it for a variety of things. These have a mild
and woody aroma. Especially good in English ales, pale ales, porters and
stouts. A.A.is 4-6%.
Galena:
A very popular bittering hop. American ales and lagers. Mixes well with
finishing hops. A.A.is 11-14%.
Goldings:
Great hop.Can be used for anything.These come in three varieties.
The East Kent,Kent, and U.S. Goldings.A.A. is 4-7%
Green Bullet:
Bittering hop. Used in Australian ales and lagers. A.A.is 9-11%.
Hallertauer:
Mellow hop. Good for everything. Use in altbiers, belgian ales, and lagers.
There are 5 varieties of these.The German,Mittelfruh,Traditional,U.S.,and
Hersbrucker.A.A.is 2-7%.
Horizon:
A cross between Brewers gold and German(probably Hallertau)aroma
hops.A.A. is 12-14%.
Huller:
A universal hop for both bittering and aroma. A.A.is 4-6%.
Liberty:
A good finishing hop. American and German ales and lagers. A.A.is 4-5%.
Lublin:
A Czech Saazer transplanted in Poland.Ideal for Pilsners and Belgian ales.
A.A.3-5%
Magnum:
This has excellent bittering qualities.Can also be used as an aroma hop.
A.A is in the range of12-14%.
Mt. Hood:
An American version of Hallertauer.Mainly used for aroma and flavor.A.A.4-6%
Northdown:
A good all around hop.A.A.8-11%
Northern brewers:
Comes in many different versions.Good for a little of everything
expecially Cal. common,Dark english ales,and German lagers.A.A.7-11%
Nuggets:
Verry bitter.Good in medium to dark amber.A.A.11-16%
Olympic:
Not readily available.Similar to Brewers gold.A.A 11-14%.
Omega:
A very new very bitter hop.A.A.9-11
Pacific Gem:
This is grown in New Zealand and has a good bitterness and aroma.A.A.
is about 14%.
Pearl:
A Hallertau/Northen brewer cross.Primarily used for bittering.A.A.6-11%
Phoenix:
This hop has good potential.A seedling of Yeomans.Excellent dual
purpose hop.A.A.around 8-12%.
Pride of Ringwood:
A Tasmanian hop.Rare in the U.S.A. but can be used in British ales,
Australian ales,and lagers.A.A.8-10%
Progress:
Mainly an aroma hop.A.A.6-7%
Saaz:
This hop is 150 years old.Aromatic,spicy,and flavorful.Good to use in
Lagers andWheats.A.A.3-6%
Santiam:
This is a mixture of Tettnanger,Mittelfruh,Cascades,and who knows what
else.Aroma is a suggestion of Tettnanger.A.A. is 5.5-8%
Southern Cross
This is also a new zealand hop.Not much info on this one.A.A.12%.
Spalter:
A Saaz alternative.Aromatic and flavorful.Great in German lagers.
A.A.4-5%
Spalter Select:
Mainly an aroma hop.A.A.4-6%
Sticlebract:
A very popular home in Australia and New Zeland.Rare in U.S.A.Good in
American ales and lagers.A.A.9-10%
Strissel Spalt:
A good aroma hop if you can find it.Can be used in Pilsner and
Belgian ales.A.A.3-5%
Styrian Goldings:
These were Fuggles that were brought to Hungaria.Nice aroma and good
bittering.Not to harsh.Good to finish English ales and to bitter Vienna
or Marzen lagers,Belgian ales,or Pilsners. A.A.3-7%
Sun:
A supper alfa hop.A.A. is 15-16%.
Super Styrians:
These have a higher alfa content than Styrians.Rich full flavor
similar to Northern brewers but not as harsh.A.A.8-10%.
Target:
Robust disease bittering hop.Not very available in U.S.A.Can be used
inBritish ales and lagers.A.A.9-13%
Tettnanger:
Mild floral and very aromatic.Can be replaced with Spalter and vice versa.
A good finishing hop.A.A.3-5%
Ultra:
A cross between Hallertau and Saaz.Very floral aroma.Use in light pilsners
and light lagers.A.A.3-4%
U.S. Strisselspalt:
An arroma hop.HAS ONLY 2-2.5%A.A.Aroma is similar saaz.
Vanguard:
Similar to Mittelfruh and saaz in aroma.A.A. is 4-6%
Willamette:
Can be interchanged with Fuggles.A spicy aromatic finishing hop.A.A.4-6%
Yeoman:
A popular bitterung hop in the U.K.Similar to Targets.Not too available
in the U.S.If found can be used in British ales and lagers.A.A.9-14%
Zenith:
No not the television company.Has a good aroma.Not too available.If found
can be used in British ales and lagers.A.A9-10%
