Thirst-quenching Golden Pale Ale

Not bad. Nicely carbonated but no head!?!? Hops are evident in aroma and flavor. I'll try this one again with better head retaining ingredients.

Brewing Instructions:

Step mash:2-row, carapils, crystal 10L, and maize. Temperature chart is like this:30 min.@125; 30 min.@147; 10 min.@167. Sparge grains and bring liquor to a boil. Add Hallertau hops. With 15 minutes left, add Irish Moss. With 5 minutes left, add Kent Goldings. Cool to 80 and siphon into 3 gallon carboy. Add yeast.
