Brewing Instructions:

Mash all grains at 122 for 30 min. raise to 155 for 60 or untill iodine test is positive.Raise to 168 for 5 min.Sparge with 160 to accumulate 4 gallons for 45min.Boil for 1 1/2 hour adding hops at designsted times.Cool to 80 pitch yeast and ferment.
