This is Avenida Amazonas. Many luxurious hotels and restaurants are located on this major avenue. This is the business area for New Quito. There are book stores, shops, sidewalk cafés, travel agencies, etc. We visited this area quite regularly because we had breakfast at the beautiful Hotel Colón (great food and reasonable prices.) |
