A group company, which has got various business activities, likes retail, manufacturing, agencies in U.A.E. as well in India and other part of the world. Generated a system for POS, Payroll, Employee Package, Local Purchase Order etc.
The POS (Point of Sale) System receives datas from POS machines and generates various reports like daily/period sales report, department wise sales reports, scanning percentage report, product wise report, fast moving items (department wise) report, cashier wise sales report etc. The system will take care of posting of inventory stock automatically. The inventory package is linked with the POS System.
The Local Purchase Order generates supplier wise autocodes to the new items. Creates local purchase order, auto entry of receipts, maintaining supplier list, reports like pending purchase order, pending receipts, supplier wise itemlist, brand wise itemlist etc.
The employee package generates employee details with photos, reports like passport, visa expiry daily/period reports, leave due reports etc.
The payroll package generates salary list, salary slip, leave due salary, leave maintenance, attendance maintenance etc.
Written many programs to generate accounts, inventory, sales & purchase reports according to the management and end users requirements.
