(BB) so, whens the first time Gee Moore was a band? (duff) I can still remember the first time "Gee Moore" ever played in my garage. I wrote these corny ass lyrics about some girl. (BB) who was it? (jimmy) tara sucks!? (duff) thats not her name (BB) so then its only you and mike in the band now?... where'd you other guys come from? (mike)me and duff went to see this band ox45 at the MOOSE. (marcus) I was at a lot of their shows (BB) were they any good? (duff) they weren't bad, anyway, We met marcus and asked if he'd come play bass for us. (marcus) dude, thats not how it happened (BB) how did it happen then? (duff) yea it is (marcus) allright, maybe it is (jimmy) dumbass (duff) we wrote and practiced tara sucks everynight without a drummer. I think thats when brad was still in the band too, and everynight, the guitar playing homey came up to play some lynard skynard everynight. (BB) homey? (marcus) remember the dude that was driving up the ally, stopped and listened for about twenty minutes, then drove off? (duff) yea, some dude, i dont know who he or the homey was, but we must have had about 5 sucky drummers until marcus told his best friend to get some drums. (jimmy) thats all i heard everyday, "get some drums"... you're lucky i didn't become the singer for Slightly Imperfect (BB) Slightly Imperfect?... were they any good? (duff) that was marcus's band before us (jimmy) haha (marcus) you got some drums though (jimmy) thats becuase i can't write words (marcus) haha... "will i die of my craze, or will i die of my blaze" (jimmy) fuck you (marcus, duff, mike) hahahaha (marcus)We wanted to play at our high school's annual Bonfire, so we practiced the latter half of the summer and were sort of ready to play... (BB) how did you guys do? (jimmy) it was bAaAaAd (duff) haha, dude, we didn't even get to play (jimmy) we didnt?... oh yea (marcus) yea, our high school blows and was all like "you guys suck and we hate you and your sucky music too". (BB) whats to hate? (marcus) I mean, after all, why would some high school kids WANT to have a good time anyway, whats the fun in that? (BB) so where was your first show then? (duff) well, Marcus knew a kid in the band AHAB, which happened to be playing at the Matrix in two following weekends, so he got us our first show there. (BB) how did it go? (duff) It wasn't bad, considering Marcus almost got in some fights becuase of donnie (Marcus) thanks donnie. (BB) how'd that happen? (marcus) i guess donnie was talking about how much BLINDSIDE sucked, i dunno... (BB) do they? (jimmy) their drummer has a bAaAaAd drumset (marcus) not really, as long as they ARE a band, i mean, that takes more talent than what most people can do (BB) so they dont suck? (marcus) we don't judge, thats what the entire art thing is all about (BB) are you guys playing soon? (duff) hopefully, after we're dont working on our cd (BB) cd?... how many songs are you looking to put on it? (marcus) have 14, with like 5 unfinished, and 3 more in work, hopefully we'll get them done soon. (BB) can i get a copy?
