GM Training courses are held in Rooms N121 or N123 of North Hall (Public
Safety Center). The new parking
lots for North Hall (Public Safety Center) and Law Enforcement Complex have been completed and are officially open. There
is a new entrance on the
south side of the Law Enforcement Center (gate 5 remains on the north side). There is a
sign (not as large as expected) near the entrance on Industrial Road but it does
not have an entrance number. The front entrance to North Hall is now open.
Here is a map.
There have been times that HACC was closed due to inclement weather but the GM
class was held as scheduled. Unfortunately, not everyone was aware of this. We
at HACC came up with a phone message to pass along class cancellation messages
to dealers. The phone number is (717) 780-2651. The standard message is "All GM
classes are running as scheduled". If a class is cancelled, the message will be
"The GM training class scheduled for (date) has been cancelled. You will be
notified when your class is going to be rescheduled."
For training information, visit the GM Dealer Technician Training page.
An alternative method of parasitic draw testing is measuring voltage drop across fuses. Here is a Voltage Drop Across A Fuse chart and instructions on how to use the chart. Additional charts can be found at

Use the entrance just south of gate 5 along Industrial Road (south side of the Law Enforcement Center). Note: Exit numbers along I81 have changed. Exit 23 is now Exit 67A.
