INfernobizkit's ( vorax@sprint.ca ) answer:
SNK really did announce the new 32-bit handheld too early leaving many gamers the question of buying an 32NGP or leaving their NGPC or if they dont have one they'll just think "those guys at SNK are plain crazy, why would they keep the 16 bit one alive?" . But, the 32NGP maybe just a simple trick by SNK for them to see opinions on the topic, a smart thing to do if i were them. I dont remember that happening before but the announcement was certainly very unofficial. But on the other side if SNK wants to compete in the handheld market they have to release up-to-date hardware(like they always did), so if people are going to see a 32bit handheld and a 16bit one(I hate those people who decide gaming systems by the graphics they can produce)they're obviously to my discraise are going to go with the 32bit one without even thinking for a second. So this leaves me in a yes and no situation on this question. Personally i love my NGPC and will never abandon it without a reason to, it's MY system, it's my taste. The 32bit NGP will be concentrating on 3D(IMHO), and since I prefer 2D games ill stick with my NGPC. |
