I told you I
liked teddy bears so
I am
dedicating this page to all the
teddy
bear
lovers on the net.
I have found
some cute
stories
and poems for you to read
so
Sit back,put your feet up,
relax
and
I hope you
enjoy your visit.
Fuzzy Wuzzy was a
bear,
A bear was Fuzzy Wuzzy.
When
Fuzzy Wuzzy lost his hair
He wasn't fuzzy
was he?
A Teddy Bear Is A
Faithful Friend
You Can Pick Him
Up
At Either End
His Fur Is The Color
Of
Breakfast Toast
And
He's Always
There
When You Need Him Most
The air is quiet
Round
my bed.
The dark is drowsy
In my
head.
The sky's forgetting
To be
red.And soon
I'll be asleep.
A half a
millon
Miles away
The silver
stars
Come out to play
and comb their
hair
And thats ok
And soon I'll be
asleep.
And teams of fuzzy
Teddy
Bears
Are stumping slowly
Up the
stairs
To rock me in
Their rocking
chairs
And soon I'll be asleep.
The
night is shining
Round my head.
The
room
is snuggled
In my bed.
Tomorrow I'll
be
Big they said
And soon I'll be
asleep.

If a
grizzly bear
had
feathers,
And a humming bird had
fur.
We'd hear
a big
scarry TWEET!!
And a cute
little grrr!

THE meadow's green, the
flowers sweet,
and we have many good
things to eat.
Ah, what a day! What lovely
air!
How nice to be a Teddy
Bear!
We brought some chums:our little
Dog,
and Hoppity Rabbit, and George the
Frog.
There's always enough for us to
share!
How great to be a Teddy
Bear!
Pass the bread and pass the
cheese.
Be sure to taste the chicken,
please.
Have an apple, plum, or
pear!
Such fun to be a Teddy
Bear!
Bert's got on his sailor
shirt,
and Mae and Sue look awfully
pert
in matching hats! I say! Such
flair!
How fine to be a Teddy
Bear!
"This afternoon I shall
recall
for all my life," says Tiz to
Paul.
"A perfect time without a
care!"
How grand to be a Teddy
Bear!

The night is long
But
fur is deep.
You will be warm
In winter
sleep.
The food is gone
But dreams
are sweet
And they will be
Your winter
meat.
The cave is dark
But dreams
are bright
And they will serve
As
winter light.
Sleep, my little cubs,
sleep.

There were Two
little Bears who lived in a Wood,
And one
of them was Bad and the other was
Good.
Good Bear learnt his Twice Times
One---
But Bad Bear left all his buttons
undone.
They lived in a Tree when the
weather was hot,
And one of them was Good,
and the other was Not.
Good Bear learnt
his Twice Times Two---
But Bad Bear's
thingummies were worn right
through.
And they Did, and they
Didn't Do, what they were told.
Good Bear
learnt his Twice Times Three---
But Bad
Bear never had his
hand-ker-chee.
They lived in the Wood
with a Kind Old Aunt,
And one
said "Yes'm,"and the other
said "SHAN'T!"
Good Bear learnt his
Twice Times Four---
But Bad Bear's
knicketies were terrible tore.
And
then quite suddenly ( just like Us )
One
got Better and the other got Wuss.
Good
Bear muddled his Twice Times Three---
But
Bad Bear coughed in his
hand-ker-chee!
Good Bear muddled
his Twice Times Two---
But Bad Bear's
thingummies looked like new.
Good Bear
muddled his Twice Times One---
But Bad
Bear never left his buttons
undone.
There may be a Moral, though
some say not;
I think there's a moral,
though I don't know what.
But if one gets
better, as the other gets wuss,
These Two
Little Bears are just like Us
For
Christopher remembers up to Twice Times
Ten...
But I keep forgetting where I've
put my pen.*
* So I have to write
this one in
pencil.
