Hi welcome to my web
page. This was my first attempt at this and I
was
a little unsure of myself and what I was
doing, but after I got this first page done I
was hooked.I never thought I would
have this much fun! I started this web page about 3 years ago on my webtv, but as of last year I've moved up to a REAL computer. I check back every once in awhile to update and add on to certain pages. Hope you enjoy your visit and stop back again to see what I've added.
In memory of all that lost their lives on September 11,2001. God Bless America
Now a little bit about myself. I love Teddy Bears and that would include Pooh since he is a Teddy Bear to. I started a collection of Boyds Bears and everytime I get a new one I have to hunt for the paw print that's hidden on it. So far my daughters are better at finding them then I am. I also collect frogs and have quite a few of them lazing around in my bathroom. They've even managed to sneak into the kitchen and hide in my plants and on top of my fridge. Once they start hopping you never know where you might find one.
One other thing I collect is apples. I have those in my kitchen. (Along with the frogs of course...LOL). Everyone in my family, exspecialy my parents know what I collect, so every Birthday or Christmas I get at least one new frog, Boyds Bear or apple to add to my collections. I kinda like it, but the only problem is I have to expand my shelves more.
Now on to my kids....I have two very beautiful daughters. Pamella and Amanda. The two of them are like night and day. Pam is a teenager so you can imagine how full my hands can be with her. I forgot what it was like to be a teen. She turned 17 in September and like any other 17 year old she can't wait to drive. She has her permit but not her license yet. Now she wants to get a job and has already looked into colleges. Boy do they grow fast!
Amanda is eleven going on 16.....lol. She use to love going out in the woods with her father scouting for deer and turkey, but not like she use to anymore. She does have quite a collection of treasures that she found in the woods. Amanda is still my "tomboy" but wants to be more and more like her sister the older she gets. Amanda is more into the music and boys now. It's a very awkward age for her, but she handles it very well if I say so myself. I'm very proud of both of them. They're both A students, so I couldn't ask for anything else. They're great kids and I love them both very much.
We live in Northwestern Pennsylvania so
the winters here are very cold and snowy,(we had over 200" last year where we live), but
in the summer it's a beautiful place to be. We
camp, hike and go to the beach a lot!! We do
most of our camping in the Allegany National
Forest and we have Presque Isle State Park
close by for the beachs. I have a big back
yard and do a lot of gardening in the summer. I
stick to the flowers and my husband does the
veggie garden. That seems to get bigger and
bigger every year. But so do my flower
gardens..:o).
I'll be working on this site often so
please stop by again and see what else I have
added
from time to time... Thanks for
stopping.
