Everybody loves Pooh and I do too!! I've put together a few short snippets of things I have found in some Pooh Bear story books. Some you will recognize and some you might not. I hope you enjoy all my Pooh pages.

He
climbed
and
he
climbed
and
he
climbed
and
as
he
climbed
he
sang
a
little
song
to
himself.
It went like this:
Isn't it funny
How a bear likes honey?
Buzz! Buzz! Buzz!
I wonder why he does?
Then he climbed a little further, and a little further, and then just a little further. By that time he had thought of another song.
It's a very funny thought that,
if Bears were Bees,
They'd build their nests at the
bottom
of trees.
And that being so
(if the Bees were Bears),
We shouldn't have to climb
up all these stairs.

How sweet to be a Cloud
Floating in the Blue!
Every little cloud
Always sings aloud.

"How sweet to be a Cloud
Floating in the Blue!"
It makes him very proud
To be a little cloud.

Night fell and rain fell, and when Pooh got wet Rabbit and the others had to wring him out.
They sang him Sustaining Songs and tried to cheer him up,and Pooh tried not to think of eating.
Then they all went home and Pooh was left alone.

"Merry Christmas, Pooh!" said Christopher Robin. "You've been such a generous bear, such a kind bear, that you deserve pots and pots of honey!" "Oh, thank you!" exclaimed Pooh as he helped himself to a smackerel. "Mmm," he said, licking his lips. "What a very sweet Christmas this is!"

"I'm just a little black raincloud,
hovering under the honey- tree.
I'm only a little black raincloud,
pay no attention to little me.

Everyone knows that a raincloud
never eats hunny, no not a nip.
I'm just floating around, over the ground,
wondering where I will drip."

A bear, however hard he tries,
Grows tubby without exercise.
Our Teddy Bear is short and fat
Which is not to be wondered at;
He gets what exercise he can
By falling off the ottoman,
But generally seems to lack
The energy to clamber back.
