Other: He was brought to Court Martial for conduct prejudicial to the service. He was drunk in the office of the Medical Director of the Army of the Potomac. He was pressured to be brought to Court Martial again for being drunk on duty. He was allowed to resign. He suffered from chronic diarrhea, which he treated with alcohol. The overuse of alcohol led to his death.
