34. Richard6 Finney (Charles7, Samuel8, John9, John10, John11, William12, John13 Fienes, Richard14 Finies, Roger15 Fynes, William16 Fines, William17 Fienes, John18) was born 1715. Richard died Sept 7, 1769 at 54 years of age.
He married Ann Edwards May 6, 1742. He is buried at Trinity Episcopal Church, in the Oxford section of Philadelphia. His gravestone reads:
"in memory of RICHARD FINNEY who departed this life Septembet the ___ 1769 Aged 47 years O redeemer _____ Upon _____" His wife is buried beside him, with her gravestone reading: "in memory of Ann Finney departed this life ___11, 1764 Aged 46 years"At 31 years of age Richard became the father of Mary Finney March 15, 1747. At 33 years of age Richard became the father of John Finney November 28, 1748. At 36 years of age Richard became the father of Ann Finney August 11, 1751. At 36 years of age Richard became the father of Richard, Jr. Finney August 11, 1751.
