Character Status

This section is all about character status. What it is, how to figure it out, and how to use it. First, a sample status sheet -

Intelligence
Stamina

Attack
Defense

That's the basic picture we're working with. Now I'll show step by step a character being made. I'll be using my Lance character in the example.

Basic info to start:
Exp - 25,000
Lv. - 25
Jobs:
King
Soldier (Fighter)
Karate (Student)
Water Mage (Apprentice)

Items:
Iron Platemail (6/12/900) (Power/Weight/Value)

Base stats are given like this:

Lv. 0 - 50 = Lv. x 4
Lv. 51 - 100 = Lv. over 50 x 8 + 200
Lv. 101 - 150 = Lv. over 100 x 12 + 600
Lv. 151 - 200 = Lv. over 150 x 16 + 1200

To make this easier while raising levels, add 4 to all base stats when raising to a level below 51, then start adding 8 at a level up, at 101 start adding 12, and at level 151 start adding 16.
The base stats at Lv. 200 will all be 2000 at this calculation.
Example for Lv. 130 - (30 x 12)= 360 + 600 = 960

First, at this level all base stats are Lv. x 4.
From there, take all the combined stats for ALL jobs and TOTAL them, then add to stats for Lv.

From this you can determine the rest of your life stats. HP = Stamina x 8 and MP = Intelligence x 8. The sheet now looks like:

3,200

The variable stats are a little harder, and incorporate other numbers.

Attack = Strength + Weapon Power + Bonuses (If using an arrow to attack, use Dexterity instead of Strength)
Defense = Vitality + Armor Defense + Bonuses
Hit = (Dexterity + Bonuses)/3000 as a %
Avoid = (Agility + Bonuses)/3000 as a %
Magic = Intelligence x3 + Bonuses
Escape = (Agility + Speed)/2

Attack = 410 + 0 + 20 (+20 bonus for Student class and being bare handed)
Defense = 410 + 6 + 0
Hit = (400 + 0)/3000 = 13% (Rounded to nearest whole percent)
Avoid = (400 + 0)/3000 = 13%
Magic = 400 x 3 + 0
Escape = (400 + 395)/2

Take note: The variable stats are just that, and can change pretty quickly, as they are based on other things. Attack and Defense are especially reactive to changes in equipment. The other stats will stay pretty constant, unless you raise a level or a job class.

Now we've obtained:

Take note: Base stats have a maximum point of 3000. It is very unlikely any of these stats will reach 3000, but it is possible. An exception is temporary effects. If you have 2900 Strength and use a temporary effect to gain +300, it will be 3200 for a short time.

---Other things on a status sheet---

Job SP
Zenni (Money)
Extra hits
Equipment
Weight of Equipment
Items
Merchant Items (If a merchant)
See the Status Sheet page for a complete layout, and links to explanations on all the other parts.

*Important Note*
Players are required to report their Character Status to their regents (the king of your kingdom) on a WEEKLY basis. There are many reasons for this. First, to make sure players are keeping track of their characters. Second, to prevent cheating. Third, so the admins can see how the RPG is progressing. You can report your status by E-mail to your specific regent.
