Jeice is one of the members of the elite mercenary group known as the Ginyu Force. He has super fighting powers and incredible speed. Together with Burter and Captain Ginyu, the remaining Ginyu Force have been enlisted by the evil Frieza to rid the planet Namek of all defenders who oppose his efforts to gather the Dragon Balls, thereby achieving his wish for immortality.
Like all of the Ginyu Force, Jeice does elaborate posing when he begins a fight, and takes his posing very serious. Jeice is one of the younger members on the team, and has a strong, British rock singer accent.
