Dragon Balls
Old Earth's
These are the procedures to raise the Earth's Dragon Balls
1.) Must gather all seven DragonBalls.
2.) Chant required (Come out, Shenlong, and grant my wish!).
3.) Only one wish per summoning of Shenlong.
4.) After the wish is made, Shenlong will disappear, the DragonBalls
will turn to stone and scatter themselves; they will remain stone
for one year.
5.) The Shenlon cannot grant any wishes that are beyond the powers of
the creator of the DragonBalls.
6.) You can revive anyone or any group of people who fit a certain
criteria, if they did not die of natural causes.
7.) If a person has been revived by Shenlong before, the person cannot
be revived again.
New Earth's
These are the procedures to raise the Earth's Dragon Balls
1.) Must gather all seven DragonBalls.
2.) Chant required (Come out, Shenlong, and grant my wish!).
3.) Two wishes per summoning of Shenlong.
4.) After the wish is made, Shenlong will disappear, the DragonBalls
will turn to stone and scatter themselves; they will remain stone
for one year.
5.) If only one wish is made the the dragon balls will scatter and then only be rock for four months.
6.) The Shenlon cannot grant any wishes that are beyond the powers of
the creator of the DragonBalls
7.) You can revive anyone or any group of people who fit a certain
criteria, if they did not die of natural causes.
8.) If a person has been revived by Shenlong before, the person cannot
be revived again.
Namek's
These are the procedures to raise the Namek's Dragon Balls
1.) Must gather all seven Dragon Balls.
2.) Chant required in the Namek language.
3.) The Namek password is: Porunga .
4.) Wishes must be said in the Namek language.
5.) Only three wishes per summoning of Puronga.
6.) After the wishes are made, Puronga will disappear, the DragonBalls
will turn to stone and scatter themselves; they will remain stone
for 130 days.
7.) Puronga cannot grant any wishes that are beyond the powers of the
creator of the DragonBalls.
8.) You can revive anyone multiple times, as long as he/she did not
die of natural causes.
9.) You can only revive one person per wish.
Black Star
These are the procedures to raise the Black Star Dragon Balls
1.) They're all over the universe.
2.) Once you start to collect them, if not collected within a year the Earth will be distroyed.
3.) You can make 3 wishes.
