DEAR DADDY
I am only six years old.
Daddy came home drunker than the night before.
He is calling me as I hide under my bed shivering in fear.
My Daddy wants to beat me again.
I don't know what I did wrong.
I pray to Jesus to save me from my Daddy.
These scars and wounds I try to hide.
I called out for help and no one believes me.
Dear Daddy,
I want you to know that I forgive you.
Now that I am gone.
Jesus answered my prayer and I am in heaven now.
It is a much beautifuler place here.
I just want you to know you can't hurt me now.
This is my home now.
Daddy why did you have to kill me that night?
I love you, Daddy
P.S. Oh one more thing Daddy.
Why are you so sad and crying?
I am in a much better place now.
