SPICY PUMPKIN SHAKE
2 cups frozen apple juice concentrate, undiluted
Place all of the ingredients in a large blender or food processor and blend until well mixed and smooth. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
1 cup milk
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup vanilla ice cream
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
HALLOWEEN PUNCH - NON ALCOHOLIC
4 cups Apple cider
1. Stir together the apple cider, orange juice, pineapple juice and sugar in a punch bowl.
2. Pour in the ginger ale.
3. Add ice cubes.
Makes 10 1/2 cups

GIANT MONSTER COOKIES
1/2 cup mashed banana
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a medium-sized cookie sheet (or spray with vegetable oil spray). Beat together the banana, oil, vanilla, eggs, and milk in a bowl until creamy. Add flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda and blend. Stir in chopped nuts and rolled oats and mix well. Drop by large serving spoons onto cookie sheet to make giant cookies. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until just firm to the touch. Cool and serve. These may be stored in refrigerator in an airtight container or frozen until ready to use.
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/4 cup skim milk
1 1/4 cups flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder (sweetened)
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 cup chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts, or mixed)
2/3 cups rolled oats
HERSHEY'S CLASSIC CARAMEL APPLES
6 wooden popsicle sticks
1. Generously butter 6 paper muffin cups
2. Insert wooden sticks into stem end of each thoroughly dried apple.
3. In medium microwave-safe bowl, place caramels and water. Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 1 minute, stir. Microwave additional 30 to 45 seconds until caramels are melted and mixture is smooth.
4. Dip apples into warm mixture; turn until coated. Scrape off excess coating. Place into prepared paper muffin cups. If necessary, warm coating by microwaving additional 15 seconds at a time. Refrigerate until firm; store; covered, in cool place.
