Tara Scully

The wife of Bill Scully, Tara Scully first entered the X-File world in 5th season's Christmas Carol, while pregnant with Bill's and her son, Matthew. Unfortunatly, since like all such nice characters on The X-Files, the Christmas Carol/Emily arc is the only time Tara was on the show, and so not much else is known about her.
