~Updates ~

~Connie~

Connie is now out of the hospital after being in for 55 days. Connie has Blastomycosis. Blastomycosis develops in people who have inhaled Blastomyces spores into their lungs. Because the fungus is prevalent in moist soil in wooded areas along waterways, most people are exposed through work or recreation in forest areas bordering lakes or rivers. I will take Connie a long time to recover. Lets keep praying for Connie's full recovery and her family.

~Jim~

Jim is doing well. He had his surgery August the 15th and not a day too soon. Jim is now recuperating at home and is fine.

Thank you for your prayers!

~Janette Walkotten~

July 28th Updates

Janet is doing much better. She is making steady progress, slow but sure. Jeanette is settled at her new home (nursing) and is back to playing piano. Her memory is gradually improving also. She still needs our prayers. There is a long road of recovery ahead of her yet. We are confident that our Father has plans for her ....and ask that you continue to pray for her peace and wholeness .

We also need prayers for her family.

~Marcy VanderWel~

Udate July 28th

Marcy is doing well with her treatment. The news is mixed for her though. With metestatic cancer things change quickly. There are other areas of cancer that have been revealed recently in her scans. The greatest concern is the tumors that have been found on her liver. Others have been found on her lungs, bones and shoulder...While her treatment protocol is tolerated well, it also causes some problem on its own. Due to this the "scoring" or "pits"; and tumors of the bones, they have added something to help strengthen her bones. Marcy has a long battle ahead of her with this cancer. We ask for your continued prayers for her and her family.

~Richard~

As you know, Richard as "Autoimmune Hepatitis". Autoimmune Hepatitis is not like Hepatitis A or B or C or D or E but a very, very sick liver. Richard has been on medications since his diagnosis 3 years ago but as of today, he is doing good. Every month Richard needs to go through test to see at what stage he is, and the doses of medications he needs. Last Dec. 1999, Richard was not doing to well and Dr. had to put him on a very large dose of med. again. As his test are doing better, the doses are going down. Lets keep on praying so he keeps on improving. He is still on a large dose of med. but doing better.

Richand and his family would also like to thank everyone for the Prayers and Love.
Thank You Very Much
From Richard
and Family
