That what yous have been doing on TV is appalling to say the least and there is various acts of illegal activity and incorrectness here done by yous and that of the conditions of your ACMA Broadcasting licence in which you are not in compliance with these acts.

I would then propose the following to you that perhaps the local residents of The City of Palmerston who are tax payers and rate payers of The City of Palmerston could apply to the Northern Territory Government for a full refund of taxes as a "Town" rather than having been paying Taxes and rates as a " City " in that also the Tax payers and rate payers having paid out good moneys in the first place to have the then palmerston declared as " The City of Palmerston in 2000 ".

Since the fact that the Northern Territory Government did not even put " The City of Palmerston " on any current maps let alone palmerston even when The City of Palmerston " was declared a City in 2000.

That was until 2002 as it was I that took " The Northern Territory Government " to task on that issue where the residents paid out good moneys for this to have taken place in the first instance which did not happen in 2000.

As you know there is a procedure to follow in declaring a " City " and this too was never observed at that time and it still seems to this day that your TV station does not observe these lawful acts of compliance.

I would now look to cite you under the act of " Non compliance " and that of the public accountability and the public responsibility act in yous having been and continued to mislead the local community along with Australia Nationally and the international coummunitys with your misinformation in yous having distributed such misinformation over many years in your use too of your Multi medium internet feeds in that yous have not been stating the true declared lawful facts about " The City of Palmerston ".

I will also await on your reply to this matter however I will also now make application to the ACMA concerning all these matters of your " Non compliance " and as to why you are failing to comply with all these acts of compliance and to your insisting to ignore declared facts in you having continually been misrepresenting these facts concerning " The City of Palmerston " as being a delcared City along with failing to show on the map the City of Palmerston.

I will also be seeking further with the ACMA information of the Broadcasting acts of compliance and to also ask them what is the point of having your TV station in the Northern Territory at all since indeed you have little or no australian content and the fact you have not got a studio to support the local community or in getting involved into local matters of concern in showing them on the News.

As just recently there was a interest shown else where concerning the " Queensland Cane Toad Pandemic in the NT " since it has now reached the city of Darwin in which is impacting such devastation on our local wild life and the environmental impact that this is having on us Northern Territorians for some years prior to these " Queensland Cane Toad Pandemic " reaching the city of Darwin.

But still I did not hear any of these facts concerning this matter over the pror two year which is of great concern to Northern Territorians from your TV station.
Or about any appointed NT Government steps to re coop the $1.3 million dollar clean up bill so far just for the Darwin City area as to the Palmerston City area well we have head nothing that the NT Tax payers have footed the bill of for all this so far due to the Queensland Governments ineptitude regarding their Queensland Cane Toad Pandemic.

It will be interesting to see how things develop on this matter in so far as the so called Northern Territory government and our so called Northern Territory environmental laws are concerned in respects to if indeed these laws are indeed law at all. I would have to ask as to why they have not been enforced concerning this Queensland Cane Toad Pandemic with the Queensland Government.

This matter is then of great concern for all Northern Territorians as its impact on our lifes I do hope that our own quality of life is not impaired further and there is a way found to rid ourselves of this rodent pest in the long run thats if we still have any of our native animals left that is.
