Westpac Banking in Darwin Manager Des Zobel still free to raid your accounts and personal information The Northern Territory Government Officials let him.

It has to be noted that when this original matter came to light 7-April-1998 NOT ONE person or even the NT Federal Police let alone ANY Northern Territory Government Official wanted to know about these matters when it was reported to them !...Not even our own Northern Territory ABC TV studio in Darwin city or even our so called own Territory proud NT Newspaper.

What was demonstrated very clearly by all these Multi Media news coverage agencies was a complect lack of ANY investigative skills at all but more over and to the point was there complet reluctance to do anything at all even with the proof in hand !.

In fact it was also discovered that this was even allowed to happen at all and it makes NO DIFFERENCE whether or NOT YOU ARE WORKING OR NOT in whats being done behind your backs and with out your knowledge.

So it is out right odd to have heard ,seen and read that in November 2006 that Westpac Banking was awarded the honor of being " Then most Honest Bank in Australia " and more over that was echoed at the National press club that was televised by ABC TV and radio in how they all put Westpac banking up as being the most honest bank in Australia.

But in all fairness to the " Territory News " paper when these matters were reported to them ( Mr.Greg Thompson ) in that after some time they did send out a reporter " Nikki Voss " with a Photographer on the 2nd Feb 1999 that took at least one picture but the down side was that they never published these matters and facts at all even when there were illegal wrong doings afoot and there was some 70 account holders with Westpac Banking that was to be subjected to some what the same thing.

And still to this very day Westpac Banking in Darwin and its Manager Des Zobel is still raiding your accounts and personal information even when one does not have YOUR account at his Darwin City Branch !.

So lets just see how all these so called Northern Territory proud News service stand up even our so called Territory proud newspapers that along with our own Northern Territory TV,Radio,and Multi Media news coverage in just what they all stand for as we sure can tell and prove a different story even of just what " Thats Life " Magazine tried to show in 2002 in their short coverage of what did go on.

As for the Federal " Privacy " commissioner ( Mr Andrew Crompton ) forget it he is in bed with the lot !.

So Please keep remembering at all times when you are reading this artical ( We did NO wrong doing ) the fact is that ANY inheritance is NOT subject to ANY Australian means test or is even taxed.

There for I would have to ask then why did Westpac Banking " Give Out " such personal information at all let alone the fact that before ANY MONEYS can be accepted by any bank in ANY international transfer of monies the receiving bank has to accept the depositing bank its clearance in what the funds are and seeing how that fact was done by a law firm I would now question Westpac Banking in what takes place behind your back AFTER you have had a banks assurity that your personal information and confidentiality and funds are in safe hands.

Was also the other 70 Westpac Banking customers that week alone also in receipt of an " inheritance " as well ?...I think not !!!.

Along with this is also the fact that such as Westpac Banking you also PAY FEE's to them for not only your account and that of your right of confidentiality and privacy in such matters.
But it seems that at least up here in The Northern Territory thats not the case at all such is the fact of ( Des Zobel manager of Westpac Banking in Darwin City ) who does not see it that way at all and inturn lets such entities like Centrelink, community councils, NT Government persons, even the Butcher, Baker, and Candle stick maker go into your account and run amok with out Westpac Banking ever informing you what they are doing with your personal information let alone in even selling your information off and that also of your spouses information too in that the fact is that Westpac Banking in Darwin City even combining YOUR own personal banking detail with that also of YOUR SPOUSES own personal information and personal account details as well. So just where was the banking ombudsman when all this has been and is still going on to date after all they were informed as well it has also been seen over the years since these matters have come to light other customers have or are having scam played on them by Westpac Banking in that they are over charging the customers and when the customer having to go to the trouble of correcting Westpac Bankings errors it has to be noted that some customers are told they still have to pay even for Westpac Bankings own errors nice to see such a scam in full flight as such a scam can yield millions of dollars as a side scam for their own hip pockets .

I would wonder as to why would ANY person having their own personal account with a bank PAY such a BANK at all let alone each individual having to pay their own different account keeping fees then such a bank as " westpac Banking " and a person like the bank manager ( Des Zobel ) can use and combine your detail when it wants too in giving your information to every Tom Dick or Harry.

Odd that ANY bank would do such a thing unless its looking for accounts to perhaps launder monies through or make a few extra bucks on the side in selling your information off for monetory gain ?.

I am also impressed with your lack of professionalism you must have been practicing a lot ( Des Zobel ) in that you talk more aussie than this big country really is isn't that right mate, no problem mate ,she will be right mate, isn't that the manner in which you addressed me as a customer of some 20 years standing so perhaps such a manner would be better spent at some rodeo so its nice to see such a Red Neck cowboy such as yourself still around...Haya
