Look my wife is not here to run after yous nor is she here to do your job for yous in that also you have changed your tune from when you first came out here in that you stated you did not know what was going on and that was infront of your own supervisor " Name with held " where the meter not only took 1 cent infront of yous but also had taken $1 before hand I mean whats your problem .....There should be none ! .

I mean if a customer can’t ask for help in finding an answer to her question from people that are suppossedly to know what are yous doing in business ...I mean whats the point.

I dont see why my wife or for that matter any customers point of view have to be subjected to this form of abuse let alone the meter has stated itself to having taken 1 to 2 cent every time a card is entered.

Can’t you believe your own eyes ?.

Look here ...Its not up to the customer to endure this form of abuse and put up with being lied to but more over the onus is on yous to assist her and for yous to know whats going on when asked seeing you have stated yourselfs to be the authority.
Nor should she or any customer have to be a rocket scientist to use these power cards which its ( Power & Water ) that issue them and they sure dont have to put up with being lied to or any other crap thats come down from any of yous at Power & Water just because yous dont want to know or that it all disturbs your day...What the hell are you being paid for anyways !.

Hell ....I have been impressed as it just keeps getting better all the time around here as yous dont even know let alone not having a station in our City of Palmerston ....Hell there is no mention of our city any where concerning Power & Water.

Look here ..whats the difference if we put in 2 $5 cards in than just using one $10 card I mean they are the cards that ( Power & Water ) put out are they not ?.

" Name with held " Look I dont know what you are on about seeing how you got $5 for nothing the last time I came out here as he was now over half way up the drive way by now so any member of the public could have heard him clearly in him also waving his arms around.

What are you nuts can’t you see for yourself what the meter just done let alone what it did infront of you and your supervisor " Name with held " the first time you came here let alone the fact that you used your own cards to start with and it took you 9 go’s at it !.

It has to be noted " Name with held " did NOT close the meter box at all but rather walked away and left me standing at the meter box myself where by I closed it.

I find what " Name with held " and all at Power & Water has done today 20-August-2008 in even lying to my wife to be extraordinary in every way seeing the fact that this is only the second time in 12 months we having to ask Power & Water to come out to our home since seeing a problem in having the pre paid box on.

I find all involved today concerning Power & Water in every way have all shown very clearly a case of lacking right across the board.
From their own Internet posting to their own on going problems with Telstra in that they themselfs admitted to knowing about this problem with Telstra over the past 2 years and on their own part yet seemly have done nothing about it or indeed even informed customers of what could be a dangerous problem to customer safety!.

In that of their lacking toward a custormer who had simply asked for assistance some 5 times in one day.
