Odd that these facts and other facts Power & Water dont want to know but rather customers are met with such belligerancy and then some old rhetoric that’s been forth coming from Power & Water who are supposedly a part of our Northern Territory Government Infrastructure in which we already know too well what they have been about.
Its also been taken note of the fact that Power & Water and your board of directors have posted themselfs as trading out of a GPO Box in that must be heard indeed in seeing too of the fact that this is where your authority would have to stop as its illegal.
There for much questions will have to be sought concerning your legals and that too of the Darwin judiciary service for having been prosecuting customers in cases of when you Power & Water prosecuted them for failing to pay your billing demands when in fact yous are the ones that were and are trading illegally from the start.
We have also seen yous having not posted any Head Office address here in The Northern Territory which has never been clearly stated by yous rather in it not to exist at all.
Odder still is the fact that Australia Post has let you trade from a GPO Box as being your head office seeing to of the fact that also Australia post has Bill paying of accounts for yous too at what they have called there Palmerston Office which is odd still as they too are in The City of Palmerston CBD !.
Also is your own use of The Multi Media in perpetuating this miss information to the public as a fact in your own use of the Multi Media and on the Internet let alone you’s not having posted an address for your Palmerston CITY Office in which yous also have been falling to recognise and acknowledge our City as The City of Palmerston over these many years.
In which yous having been trading with residents and taxpayers of the City of Palmerston in yous having not been refering to our City of Palmerston correctly but rather calling it Palmerston all of which is odd coming from so many persons with in ( Power & Water ) and that of our Northern Territory Government Infrastructure.
The fact that your Palmerston City Office is with in The Palmerston City CBD in which our City of Palmerston City Council Office resides not far from yous indeed in just about clear sight.
Odder indeed still is that the Northern Territory Government would fail to recognise a declared & proclaimed City with in its own Northern Territory.
All of which is not in compliance with any of these lawfully declared acts of compliance nor are you conducting business as stated under The fair trades practices act of Australia here in Australia concerning any corporation or business in which acts of compliance have to be heard to.
We would wonder as to why not ?.
I/we would there for now submit our Complaint of Commitment and we view that any more acts of risk to property and that of our family and extended family ,personal safety ,in that your belligerancy through out and that of the fact of tresspassing on us to be acts of aggression by you’s toward our personage since our rights are not being observed.
We also now seeking a full investigation of Power & Water and of The Northern Territory Government and under law we call for police intervention into all these matters now for the second time.
We also seek under Australian law that all acts of compliance to be adhered to and all acts of compliance covering corporation, business registration ,trading along with that of all act of employment of employees, work,health and safety, regulations and aspects of insurance in all manner of acts of compliance into trading with the public to be now investiged against Power & Water and Northern Territory Government Officials.
In that they having also posted themselfs by way of their use of the Multi media and Internet as being trading out of a GPO Box with the public which is illegal to have done so here in Australia.
If Power & Water and that of Officials of The Northern Territory Government do have a problem with these facts please let us know your intention forthwith so we can take action on these matters as we do hope that we have made ourself transparently clear.
