Input eh goes to one end of a resistor labeled R1eh, input B goes to one end of a resistor labeled R1B, and input C goes to one end of a resistor labeled R1C. The other ends of all three resistors go to the inverting input of an op amp. The noninverting input is grounded. The output connects through a resistor labeled R2 to the inverting input.
