A 180 k ohm resistor connects from plus 12 volts to the noninverting input. Another 180 k ohm resistor connects from the noninverting input to ground. A 90 k ohm resistor connects from the op amp output to the inverting input. A 10 k ohm resistor connects from the inverting input to the positive end of a 10 u f cap. The negative end is grounded.
