BASIC GROUP 3 = First part worked as BAS forward row. On RETURN row, work 1 ch, yo, draw hook through 4 loops, 1 ch.
GROUP 3 = On FORWARD row, insert hook under next ch, YO, draw loop through, insert hook into loop over the group 3 on previous row. YO, draw loop through, insert hook under next ch, YO, draw loop through. On RETURN row, work 1 ch, YO, draw hook through 4 loops, 1ch.
Row 1: BAS on RETURN row do as follows: YO, draw hook through 1 loop (YO, draw hook thorough 2 loops) twice, *basic group 3, (YO, draw through 2 loops) 3 times; rep from * to end.
Row 2: With 1 loop on hook, work 1 BAS into each of next 2 sts, *group 3, work 1 BAS into each of next 3 sts; rep from * to end. RETURN as follows: YO, draw hook through 1 loop, (YO, draw through 2 loops) 3 times; rep from * to end.
