Row 4: Sk first bar, draw up lp in each of next 2 bars; * sk next bar, draw up lp in next bar, draw up lp in skipped bar to right; rep from * across; ending draw up lp in last 2 bars.
Last row (Bind Off Row): Sk first upright bar; insert hook in front of the next bar, yo, draw the yarn through the bar and through the lp on the hook - sl st made and 1 lp on hook; rep from * across. Fasten off.
